We do not accept product returns.
Yes, you can send your request for a wholesale account to info@pookapureandsimple.com.
Send an email with your order number and your reason for canceling to info@pookapureandsimple.com. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your money within 3-5 business days.
We do not provide product samples.
Many of our products do have nut derivatives such as sweet almond oil. You can check the ingredients for each of our products in the “INGREDIENTS” tab on the product detail page. We also use shea butter and cocoa butter and these ingredients are derived from nuts.
Yes. When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you receive an email update with your confirmation number.
Yes, we ship to military addresses via United States Postal Service. When entering your address, you can select the appropriate armed forces location at the bottom of the “state” drop down menu.
No. We currently do not ship internationally, including Canada. We ship to all 50 United States and its territories.
Yes, while placing your order, you can select “pick up” during the check out process. The showroom is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and the 1st Saturday of every month. Please contact the showroom at 201-299-5410 to ensure we are open.
