Today many of us will experience a collective sigh of.... emotion, stress, relief?? You fill in your own blank. One thing I know is there will be change. I saw an article that started withChange is inevitable.Change is constant.Everything changes. Then it changes again.Life is change.We change as we grow.I love this and it made me realize that a lot of our self work is done when there is negative change. When something less than pleasing, bad or tragic happens we try to figure out how to not only live through it but also thrive and grow from it.When change is good WE CELEBRATE! We enjoy, smile, party, these are ways we show positive change and that’s great! But I started to wonder if we do more work when the situation is negative because we want to get out of it.Imagine if we did just as much work when the change was good! Yes, we celebrate and then we apply those same rules and really experience growth that is sustainable! Just something to think about today....

Well 2020 is coming to a close! We’re all tired, cranky and over it! But... we still need to celebrate the joy that we found this year! Nothing is ever ALL bad and this year taught us to look for the little things that can be shining stars ⭐️ I would have never been able to meet and see so many Pooka/ Best Life Tribe smiling faces if it wasn’t for our new virtual way of living, and for that I’m grateful. Lets take some time and count the good things that happened this year, I bet there will be more than you realize🙏🏽.

Hey Tribe!  Well I have made it official (for this week anyway, lol) I’m going  Vegan 🌱 ! Now many people thought I already was and I’ve been there at various points in my life! I haven’t had red meat , pork or any other meat for 20 years. I have had poultry and fish on and off... well mostly on! I’ve wanted to go vegan for a long time because it really is a better diet for MS. I am focusing on better health during this COVID crisis and trying to stay healthy so I’ve decided to go for it! I did pescatarian for a year but found myself loading up on shrimp and 🦞 and it wasn’t a healthy year. So I’m going to do a few things different:1. Have a vegan mentor! So many ppl are willing to help and I also LOVE Sweet Potato Soul, her videos are amazing! 2. Try more vegan meats, ie impossible burgers etc 3. Plan, shop and cook more 4. Journal my journey! From recipes and ideas to successes and fails, seeing the journey helps me stay on it. I love using my planner! Check the planner out here

Well during this pandemic, my nails took a serious hit, lol!! They were the hands and nails of a hard core construction worker!  Peeling, chipping and most of all NOT cute.   I knew I had the answer I just hadn't sat down to take care of this manicure mess!  The answer?  Colorstreet!  I have been an advocate and a stylist for Colorstreet for over a year and I loved it, but not until the quarantine did I realize just how much!
